Col (Ret.) Jim "Cuda" Lynch is certified Acquisition Program Manager. His 24 year career with the U.S. Air Force and Joint Experience were in aircraft, missile and electronics procurement. Jim is a graduated Group Commander from his experience as the B-1B System Program Director.
He is a graduate of Defense Systems Management College's Advanced Program Management Course and a graduate of Army War College and Naval Command and Staff College, and holds an MBA and Engineering Degree.
