Edmond Boullay

Edmond Boullay is a recognized international expert in civil aviation safety and regulation. He retired from the French administration after 30 years of service in Washington D.C. and joined U.S.-CREST in 2009. As a diplomat he was posted at the French Embassy and successively pioneered the positions of representative in the United States first of the French and then of the European civil aviation authorities (DGAC, JAA and EASA).
Prior to coming to Washington, he served as a flight test engineer in France from 1966 to 1979.
Edmond Boullay is a chartered aerospace engineer and a licensed pilot logging more than 4,000 flight hours with commercial, multi-engine and instrument ratings.
