Dominique Orsini and Anne Kovacs participated in a number of MNE 5 planning conferences, workshops, Limited Objective Experiments and Major Integrating Events. During MNE 5, U.S.-CREST was primarily involved in activities relating to multinational, interagency strategy development and to implementation planning. U.S.-CREST, in support of the French joint concepts, doctrines and experimentations center (Centre interarmées de concepts, doctrines et expérimentations or CICDE), led the analysis efforts relative to the Multinational Interagency Strategic Planning (MNISP) focus area.
In MNE 5, U.S.-CREST provided analysis to the CICDE and contributed to the overall MNE 5 analysis coordinated by U.S. Joint Forces Command Joint Concept Development and Experimentation directorate.
