Amélie Malissard obtained a B.A. in History from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University in 2006, and a Masters degree in Public Affairs from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) in 2008. She completed an internship at the French Embassy (Military Mission) in 2008-2009. Prior to this, Amélie held a number of intern positions within the French Ministry of Defense (Political Affairs and Department of the Army).
Her topics of research include stability operations, counter insurgency strategy, civil-military relations, interagency coordination, NATO issues and transatlantic relations.
